Welcome to the NPEA Winter 2009-10 Seminar 

The NPEA has two training seminars each year. Our main seminar is held during the last week of June and lasts a full week. Our winter seminar is a weekend seminar and is traditionally held on the last weekend of January each year. This year's Winter Seminar is being held at The Hood River Inn in Hood River, Oregon. Wexpect sixty to seventy examiners to make the trek up the Columbia River Gorge.
